These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Milo, operated by Audubonic ("we," "our," "us"). By creating an account or using Milo, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Milo. Milo is intended for professional use by real estate investors, brokers, and analysts, but is available to anyone meeting these Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Milo.

You may not resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the software.

Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from account creation.

After 30 days, refunds may be issued on a pro-rated basis for unused time.

Disclaimer & Liability

Milo provides financial estimates and analysis for informational purposes only. Milo is not investment advice.

You are solely responsible for decisions made using the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audubonic disclaims liability for losses arising from your use of Milo.

Termination

You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support@audubonic.com

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA.
